Fulfilling our obligations under Art. 10 of Directive n. 95/46/EC, Directive 2002/58/EC, as updated by Directive 2009/136/EC, Article 13 of Legislative Decree n. 196 of 30 June 2003, and the general measure (web doc. n. 3118884) of the Authority for the protection of personal data, published in the Gazzetta Ufficialen. 126 of 3 June 2014, record of measures n. 229 of 8 May 2014 regarding Cookies, we proceed with the disclosure related to those themes.
What are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that are installed on your computer, smart phone, or tablet when surfing the web. The sites you have visited send cookies to your browser (such as Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, Opera) which stores them and then re-transmits them to the websites on subsequent visits. Their use is linked to the transmission of identifying data needed to allow secure and efficient navigation of the pages. Session cookies do not in any way allow the acquisition of the user’s personal identification data;

Profiling cookies are used to create user profiles and to send advertising that is aligned with the user’s preferences manifested while navigating on the Internet. These cookies are particularly invasive to user privacy; for this reason, European and Italian regulations require that the user be adequately informed regarding their use so that they are able to express their consent. Article. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code provides that “the storage of information in the user or subscriber’s terminal equipment, and access to already-stored information, are only allowed on condition that the user or subscriber has given their consent after having been informed by the simplified procedures referred to in Article 13, paragraph 3 of the Privacy Code.”

Social network buttons are those buttons depicting icons of social networks (for example, Facebook and Twitter) and allow users to interact directly with social platforms by clicking on buttons while navigating.
This Platform incorporates buttons and widgets from Facebook, Google Plus, and Twitter which involve the installation of cookies, including profiling cookies, from these sites. Protection of rights
As a data subject, you have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence of your personal data and to know its contents and origins, verify its accuracy, and request its integration, updating, or correction (Art. 7 of Legislative Decree n. 196/2003).
Under the same article, you have the right to request the erasure, anonymization, or blocking of any data processed unlawfully, and to object, on legitimate grounds, to their processing.
