The leader company in the production of sails for yacht and super yacht opens a new sales and services point in La Spezia. After the historic headquarter based in the centre of the Mediterranean Sea (Palermo), Doyle Italia chooses to strengthen its presence in the north of Italy settling in the ligurian city, crucial point to control the upper Tyrrhenian Sea.
“La Spezia is strategically perfect for our activities, considering the presence of important shipyards and many yacht basins – claims Salvo D’Amico, Managing Director of Doyle Italia -. Our satellite office will be a production site to sell our products, but more than that it will be a point of reference for the nearby clients. We will offer a fully tested service to ease the Doyle experience, of which many customers in the area and big shipyards like Perini already benefit”.
The service quality, flagship of our almost 30 years experienced enterprise, is confirmed by the direct control of the La Spezia office by the parent company, with its own employees and collaborators – everyone with a long experience in the Doyle group -, expert sailors and yachtsmen.
“The new headquarter in La Spezia, with a over 400sqm surface, will assist the national production directly controlled by the Sicilian office, that with its 2.000sqm is one of the largest in Europe” states Marco Bruni, Production Director of Doyle Italia and internationally well known sailman.
Doyle Italia’s clients will be granted a fast on-call sail repair service, that will reach the boats by truck and, for the nearest ones, by sea, thanks to the direct access to the quay from the Pagliari dock.
“The new loft in La Spezia will aim to efficiency. Our intent – states Mario Giattino, Commercial Director of Doyle Italia and member of the Superyacht International Doyle Team – is to make the repair, withdrawal, stowage and sail cleaning service more accessible, thanks to a direct assistance provided by a highly qualified staff, to guarantee the highest quality standards that historically distinguish Doyle Italia”.
