Superyacht Captains from Aquarius and Seven on why they choose Doyle Sails.
SEVEN
60m I Perini Navi I Ron Holland Design
Doyle Sails Italy worked closely with the Perini Navi yard to designe a specific kind of sails for racing and long-distance cruising. That’s why Doyle Sail Italy has realized 21,520 square feet of Stratis Carbon Technora Black sails to put on Seven. Seven is the third launch in Perini Navi’s 60m series following on from Perseus 3 and Seahawk.
“I am really happy to have worked with Doyle Italy for the 60 metre Perini Navi SY ‘Seven.’ At the design phase and during the construction phase the work done has been of highest level. This collaboration has allowed to realize a very good product for this big project.
Mario Giattino is very professional and expertise and he has been very supportive for me and shipyard .

AQUARIUS
56m I Royal Huisman I Dykstra Naval Architects
Royal Huisman teamed up with Doyle Sails, Dykstra Naval Architects, Carbo-link and Rondal to create the sailing platform onboard. Key components of the sail setup include a mainsail measuring 520 sqm, a sail inventory which includes roached main and mizzen sails with integrated reefing, a jib, performance and heavy-duty staysail and reacher.
“Working closely with Doyle Sails at the Auckland loft through the build and commissioning period of ‘Aquarius’ and then later with the Palma loft into the operational stage, I have found their commitment to service, the client’s satisfaction and attention to detail to be unwavering.
The sail package that has equipped ‘Aquarius’ is really quite fantastic in terms of user-ability, looks and most of all design.
The care and support that we have seen from these guys has been great. Thanks to all involved.”
